Welcome to Napier’s newest and most groovy cocktail bar. Soak up the sun and sound of the sea, whilst enjoying one of our innovative cocktails and delicious food made from Hawke’s Bay’s freshest ingredients.
We have an extensive wine, beer and spirits list available as well.

BEN BALDWIN
With a WSET Level 3 Award in Spirits, Ben has curated the Mix’d spirits lineup to feature unexpected surprises alongside classic New Zealand and international brands of whiskey, bourbon, gin and other spirits.
Ben is in his happy place when he’s helping customers experiment and learn about spirit production techniques and factors influencing style and taste.

JESS MAUNDER
Jess is a cocktail specialist whose journey in the hospitality industry began at the age of 14. With extensive training in the UK, she has developed a distinctive approach that blends traditional culinary ingredients with contemporary trends. Her keen palate was recognized early on, enabling her to experiment with flavours that push the boundaries of conventional cocktail making.
With a penchant for going off-piste with her cocktails, Jess follows her instincts and loves to innovate and educate others and encourage them to try new flavours.

ANDREA MUNOZ
Food was a love language for Andrea in South America, where meals were vibrant with flavors and stories. Her childhood memories include family gatherings filled with delicious dishes, laughter, and aromas. Now a Napier local, she sources fresh, Hawke’s Bay ingredients with plenty of reference to the ocean right at Mix’d’s doorstep. Andrea's cooking fosters connection— expect to find plenty of small bites and shared platters designed to be enjoyed with friends. She believes food invites togetherness and she takes joy in creating a sense of belonging by cooking for visitors to Mix’d.
